How do I win the challenge?
Simply dedicate just 5 minutes to an activity that helps with your mood for it to count as a "Wellbeing Day", and encourage your teammates to do the same. Your team's score is calculated by the average number of days each team member completes their daily activity. The team with the highest average number of "Wellbeing Days" across all team members during the 6-week wins the challenge.
What is considered a wellbeing activity for the purpose of the challenge?
A wellbeing activity is any action you consciously choose to do to improve your mental or physical health. If you’re doing something specifically to enhance your wellbeing, it counts. For example, a 5-minute walk, a quick meditation, or a brief journaling session all qualify. However, routine activities like walking to your car don’t count unless you make a conscious effort to turn them into a wellbeing practice (e.g., a mindful walk to your car)..During the challenge you will have access to a Wellbeing Library, full of resources, tips and suggestions.
Why is 5 minutes a day the goal of this challenge?
The biggest barrier for people to have a consistent wellbeing practice to manage their mood is finding the time in their busy day. When you form a daily habit of making time for yourself, you have now overcome the biggest hurdle and you are well on the way to creating a long-term healthy habit of taking some time out for yourself.

Do I have to find a team before I can register?
Creating or joining a team is very simple and is done after individual registration. Click the Join button below to get started. As soon as you are registered you will be able to create a team and invite colleagues or ask to join existing teams.
Do I have to do the wellbeing activities with my team?
It's up to you! Most activities are typically done individually, however you are welcome to catch up with your team and do some activities together.
